Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for motionswap and is part of our Terms of Service. We want the policy to be clear and fair: motionswap sells digital credits that are used to run AI face swaps, which incur real processing costs each time a generation runs.

1. Free credits

Free credits provided on sign-up or as a promotion have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable.

2. Consumed (used) credits

A credit is "consumed" when you start a face swap. Because each generation uses paid AI processing on our side, consumed credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the failure was our fault (see below).

3. Failed generations

If a swap fails on our side (for example, a processing error or timeout), the credit is automatically returned to your balance so you can try again — you are not charged for a generation we could not deliver. If you believe a credit was incorrectly consumed, contact us and we will review it.

4. Unused purchased credits

If you purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a refund of the unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once credits have been used, that portion is non-refundable as described above.

5. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you are on a recurring plan, you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for a partial period unless required by law.

6. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not authorise a payment, contact us promptly and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

7. How to request a refund

Email iammuneebrafi@gmail.com from the address on your account and include the transaction date and amount. We aim to respond within a few business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within a reasonable time. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first rather than filing a chargeback, so we can resolve it quickly.

We may update this Refund Policy; changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
